Meet The Makers Of Planet Coaster: Console Edition

Frontier Developments just dropped a brand new dev update for the upcoming Planet Coaster: Console Edition so com on in and meet the makers.

The latest news out of Frontier, the same studio responsible for Elite Dangerous and Jurassic World Evolution, has just dropped a new developer diary titled ‘Meet The makers’. The update comes ahead of the console launch of Planet Coaster. Players getting ahead of the queue for the upcoming release can get a glimpse of what is in store through the eyes of the programmers behind this simulation. It covers detail around the various modes and challenges players will face, as well as some of the aims of this console port.

Planet Coaster might have launched to PC players back in 2016 but the console version is set to keep the depth and complexity of the original when it arrives on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X Holiday 2020. The console version will find players in charge of building and maintaining their very own theme park, full of attractions, brightly colored rides, and plenty of staff to cater to. Whether you want to go freeform in sandbox mode or take on many of the career challenges, there are plenty of ways to play as you build the best coasters in a world full of realistic physics. So, try not to scare your guests too much.
