The developers from Capcom have announced the release date of Title Update 4 for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne and presented a special spicy trailer to get players hyped up. You can test your mettle against the Black Dragon Alatreon on July 9th on PC, PS4 and Xbox One when the update launches. His arrival has been delayed by a couple of months, but now he is ready for you. Are you up for the challenge?
Alatreon is known in Monster Hunter World: Iceborne as the “Blazing Black Dragon” but that moniker reveals only a fraction of what can be expected from this giant. Alatreon’s arrival is still distant and details on its behavior in the New World are still scarce, but stay tuned for more details as the Guild discovers more info on this awe-inspiring Elder Dragon.
Part of what makes Alatreon special is the category of monster it belongs to: “Black Dragon.” The existence of these “Black Dragons” has been treated more like a taboo in Monster Hunter series; so much so that there hasn’t even been much official information disclosed about these monsters.
However, soon you will be able to see with your own eyes that Black Dragons are not a scary fairy tale. They are quite real, and this one is out to get you.
