Blowfish Studios has revealed Mirage 7, an action adventure that straddles two very different themes.
Developer Drakkar Dev and Blowfish Studios have announced a new title that takes Arabian Nights, fits the theme into a third-person action adventure, and blends in elements of sci-fi too. The unexpected medley of ideas will come to Pc, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms soon, although we don’t yet have a price or definitive timeline. With the lack of a firm date, however, that gives us all a chance to take a look at the trailer and get to know the heart of this upcoming story.
Takle a peek at the teaser trailer, above, and you’ll see Nadira. A young adventurer on a desperate quest. Nadira seeks the lost Princess Taishma, hoping to bring her sister back from the dead. To succeed, she’ll need to delve into a dangerous world filled with puzzles, enemies, and secrets. Environmental puzzles and unique challenges await, and you’ll need to craft a solution or use your wits to get past the challenges that await.
There’s likely the odd bit of tomb raiding here and there too, as the trailer seems to indicate. While the swashbuckling sand make way for a story that breaks the mold, I suspect this upcoming title will play well for fans of Lara in particular.
