Movie Games has announced the release of a free demo for MythBusters: The Game. Players can try out the Prologue on Steam to get a taste of what the full game will provide when it is released on June 8, 2022. Budding Jamies and Adams can try their hands at a number of features and developers have “warned” that each of the insane experiments may cause a serious case of fun!
The game offers players an opportunity to plan and conduct a variety of crazy experiments both behind and in front of the camera. The goal is to set up tests, learn step-by-step how to perform challenging experiments, and produce new episodes of the show.
Prologue features include:
- Solve puzzles in the Blueprint Zone to work out the mechanics of each myth
- Collect the materials for experiments and craft the equipment to use
- Bring the experiment to life by setting it up and testing it out
- Confirm crazy real-life variations of the myths!
MythBusters: The Game is the result of a successful crowdfunding initiative in 2021. It was so successful, in fact, that developers were able to expand the scope of the game and add new content.
