Mythic Legions Tactics: War Of The Aetherblade Escapes The Tabletop and Goes Digital

Four Horseman Studios very own Mythic Legions toy line just launched an epic Kickstarter to develop a Mythic Legions Tactics: War Of The Aetherblade videogame.

Taking their already established fantasy toy line to the digital sphere, the team from Four Horsemen Studios and Great Hall Game Studios have just launched a Kickstarter to bring Mythic Legions Tactics: War Of The Aetherbladeto gamers everywhere. The brand new Kickstarter set a goal of $100,000 when it initially dropped and it looks like fans of the series have already smashed this with over $200,000 raised and 21 days left to go.

For those of you that aren’t initially sold on the Mythic Legions IP, this upcoming game is the first season of this action-adventure, turn-based strategy and tactics game set in the world of Mythos. Factions of humans, elves, dwarves, orcs, knights, skeletons, demons, trolls, and more are battling for control of a mystical relic, the Aetherblade, and control of Mythos.

Players backing this campaign can expect to find a 3D turn-based tactical strategy game that will feature a rich and varied Player Vs Environment (PvE) single player story campaign. Adventurers will be able to customize their character pick from a range of 12 core classes and a ton of upgrades, weapons, and armour to help you through the battles to come. There’s way too much to unfold here, but you’ll be able to check out what’s in store, including some pre alpha footage, over on the Kickstarter page.

If you do go all in and pledge, then you can grab the base game for as little as $30, with packs going all the way up to nearly $500 and super rare figurines for those with plenty of gold too. Find out more about Mythic Legions Tactics: War Of The Aetherblade over on Kickstarter before the campaign wraps up.
