Nacon has announced that Terminator: Survivors has been delayed into 2025 less than two months ahead of its targeted October 24th release date. No specific date in 2025 has been revealed.
According to press information, the move was made to offer the team more time “to ensure that [the] vision of the post-apocalyptic world of Terminator meets the expected level of quality.”
CEO and Creative Director of Nacon, Marco Ponte, wrote, “On behalf of the NACON Studio Milan team, I would like to thank all the players and fans of the franchise for their enthusiastic reception of Terminator: Survivors. We are extremely proud to have this opportunity to work on such an iconic franchise as Terminator, and are eager to reveal more of it to you. Thank you all for support… We’ll be back.”
Originally announced in February of this year, the game is said to offer players a chance to play as a survivor in a post-apocalyptic world set in the days following the events from the “Judgment Day” film. It can be played solo or in co-op, with players facing survival elements to collect resources to build a base and to stay away from Sknynet’s machines.
Terminator: Survivors features
