Sledgehammer Games has released a gory new trailer for Call of Duty WWII Nazi Zombies. Called The Darkest Shore, it might have better been named “bloody bay”. Let’s just say that it’s a slicing, dicing, exploding, hacking, slashing, shooting, disgusting mess of dead Nazis.
The Darkest Shore comes as part of The Resistance DLC that is scheduled to be released on PlayStation 4 on January 30th. The PC and XBox One release will come a bit later. It is part of the Season Pass or can be purchased alone for $15.
The DLC comes with four new maps: Anthropoid, Occupation, Valkyrie and Operation Intercept along with the Darkest Shore map.
Nazi Zombies on The Darkest Shore
From the CoD site:
Players will embark on a chilling, dark and mysterious journey through a snowy Bavarian village in Mittelburg, Germany, as they attempt to recover priceless works of art stolen by the Axis powers in World War II. This village holds a shadowy secret key to an unimaginable and monstrous power. Beware of the twisted fate and dire consequences from the occult horrors awaiting any visitors.
This DLC is an original, terrifying co-operative mode that unleashes a frightening new horror story for Call of Duty zombies fans. Nothing is as it seems in this zombies horror, as a dark and sinister plot unfolds to unleash an invincible army of the dead.
