UPDATE: EA has officially announced the Celebration Edition with all of the goodies seen below. This special edition of the game will be out on December 5th for $39.99!
Original story: A new leak has surfaced that seems to indicate that a new “Celebration Edition” of Star Wars: Battlefront II is on the way. While no official details have been revealed, the leak reveals several components. Information about the special edition of the game came via TrueAchievements.com and is specific to Xbox One. However, it is likely that the Celebration Edition would also be released for PC and PlayStation 4.
The Celebration Edition of the game will include the base game that includes all past and future updates as they are released. It will also include:
- 25+ Hero appearances including six Legendary Appearances, plus one Appearance each for Rey, Finn, and Kylo Ren inspired by Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker;
- 100+ Hero and Trooper Emotes and Voice Lines;
- More than 70 Hero and Trooper Victory Poses.
While we don’t have much more information about the Celebration Edition, it is likely that an announcement will be made in the very near future. It’s worth keeping an eye on the Star Wars: Battlefront II official site for when that happens.
