Ninjala and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu Team Up

Ninjala, the upcoming bubblegum arena brawler is set to embrace JPOP with an upcoming stream featuring Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.

Those of you that managed a few hours in the last beta test of Ninjala’s servers might be desperate to go live into the real thing soon but GungHo has some new updates to tide over eager ninjas. Just announced today by GungHo, JPop icon Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is set to host and play through a stream filled with Ninjala action on the 17 June on the official GungHio Twitch channel. Kicking off at 10 PM PDT, or 7 AM EST the following morning, this stream will feature the Japanese singing star and fashion icon who you might recognise from some of her more international titles, “PONPONPON” and “Fashion Monster“.

 

Dev Updates

While it might seem like an odd coming together at first, both Ninjala and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu are likely to put on a bright and exciting showcase for fans of either when they go live. If you’re not as interested in the Twitch stream, the developers just dropped a new dev diary detailing what’s coming up in Ninjala. You’ll catch the first glimpse of new weapons, inclu9idng the Scroll Blade and Drum Beat as well as a look back at the last open Beta test. Check it out above.

If you haven’t checked out Ninjala and want to know more before the upcoming Twitch stream then you can ninja vanish over to the Ninjala website to check out all the information about this brightly colored arena brawler. Players entering Nijala when it arrives in full will get to grips with a competitive title where up to eight players take part in a competition and grab some slick Ninja DNA by using a special bubblegum. For now, hone your skills and get ready to bubble your way through. Ninjala is due to launch on Nintendo Switch on 24 June.
