One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows has two new heroes on its roster today with the addition of Metal Bat and Tank-Top Master.
While fans of the anime series wait patiently for the third season of the titular character’s escapades the roster for the upcoming brawler continues to expand. Bandai Namco just dropped a new trailer and it looks like we will be getting a couple of S-class additions among One Punch Man’s allies. Check out the trailer and you’ll spot Metal Bat. This rank 15 S-Class hero stays true to his name, wielding a metal bat as his primary weapon of choice. This one isn’t much for talking through his problems and utilize said bat in a typically delinquent fashion to thrash his opponents into submission.
Also joining One Punch man and the rest of the known roster will be Tank-Top master. This on the nose name refers to a rank 16 S-Class hero that believes solely in the power of tank tops. The muscular guardian of justice not only wields a very particular fashion sense but leads the Tank Toper Army. His gaggle of cohorts will prove valuable allies and two of the Tank Topper Army even fight alongside Tank-Top Master during One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows.
If you want to get a glimpse of Tank-Top Blackhole or Tank-top Tiger then you’ll have to check out the new trailer. If this all seems utterly confusing then don’t worry. One Punch Man is one of the more unusual anime franchises to come out of the Shonen Jump label in recent years. Featuring a ridiculously overpowered hero, it follows the exploits of the titular One Punch Man as he seeks a challenge to his overwhelming power, but not winning fame or adoration. The story of this serial underachiever has spawned two anime seasons and the upcoming fighting game from Bandai Namco. If you loved Dragonball FighterZ or Jump Force then it’s a safe bet that this will be a punch up you won’t lose. One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is due to make a super hero entrance on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC with a closed beta in the next couple of days.
