The developers of free-to-play hero shooter Overwatch 2 have introduced the Battle for Olympus, a free-for-all deathmatch mode featuring 7 of your favorite Heroes with reimagined abilities that channel the power of the Gods!
The battle will be raging from January 5th through January 19th. Stay on the lookout for our global leaderboard, where we’ll be tallying eliminations from each of the Heroes throughout the event! The Hero with the most eliminations will be honored with a statue in Ilios! Are you ready for the Battle for Olympus?

Coming from developer Blizzard Entertainment, Overwatch 2 is a free-to-play, team-based action game set in the optimistic future, where every match is the ultimate 5v5 battlefield brawl. Play as a time-jumping freedom fighter, a beat-dropping battlefield DJ, or one of over 30 other unique heroes as you battle it out around the globe.
The game is currently going through its second season. Battle with or against Ramattra, the new Tank joining the roster in Season 2, on a brand new Escort map set high in the Himalayan peaks that takes Overwatch gameplay to frigid new heights. In a nod to his revolutionary goals, Ramattra is the first Tank that can completely change forms as part of his core kit, altering his abilities and playstyle moment to moment.
