The developers from Blizzard have shared a new Overwatch origin story video dedicated to a newcomer Sojourn, a fierce former Captain of Overwatch equipped with cybernetic abilities. She will be making her way to the PvP beta previously revealed by the developers.
Vivian “Sojourn” Chase served in the Canadian Special Forces during the Omnic Crisis where she met and teamed up with Overwatch’s commander Jack Morrison. After the war was over, Morrison reached out to Vivian and offered her to join the organization, to which she agreed.
“You can love a thing with your whole heart and still know it’s time to say goodbye. Even the best journeys end, but a new one is right around the corner and you never know where that road is going to take you.”
