The developers of free-to-play hero shooter Overwatch 2 are temporarily turning back the clock for some classic Overwatch fun.
Return to the thrilling gameplay experience that started it all in Overwatch: Classic limited time mode, kicking off November 12. Play with the original hero roster, their classic abilities, and enjoy the chaotic fun of 6v6. Journey back to iconic maps like Hanamura, Temple of Anubis, Volskaya Industries, and more. Group up with friends, old and new, as you experience the fun and camaraderie of early Overwatch.
To celebrate the announcement, the team rolled out the official trailer you can find above. For three weeks, you’re back to having two tanks and pushing that payload in 6v6. Enjoy the good old classic gameplay with zero limits – besides the event time duration.
