Overwatch Developer Update – October 2018

The Overwatch team and game director Jeff Kaplan have taken to Youtube to share what the fans can expect from the game in the future. Check out the Overwatch Developer Update for October 2018 above!

The team is introducing a new feature: Overwatch World Cup Viewer. Players will be able to watch OWWC matches from any camera or viewpoint in real time. There will also be replays, slowdowns and other observer tools. The PC beta will be available through the Battle.net client.

There will be no new map announced on BlizzCon 2018 (November 2 – November 3, 2018), but the team is working on a new map content.

Players can look forward to the upcoming maps for Reaper, Roadhog, Symmetra and Mercy in patch 1.30.
