If you haven’t heard of open world monster breeding adventure Palworld, then check out the new trailer that just dropped during Indie Expo.
Indie Expo dropped a bunch of new game updates over the weekend and fans of monster hunting might want to take a look at the new trailer for upcoming title Palworld. In the latest trailer, developer Pocketpair gives us a sneak peek at a whole gaggle of different pals and glimpse of combat in game.
Taking plenty of inspiration from Pokémon and other monster hunters like TemTem and possibly even Dauntless, Palworld plunges players into a mix of manic monster hunting and open world survival combat. Alongside the expected catch ‘em all mechanics, players seem to be able to scavenge, craft, and even wield automatic weapons.
While players might be able to shoot from the hp, the new trailer also shows off some of the attributes of these Pal. Hellfire Pal, for example, roam inside volcanoes, grim reaper Pal feast on souls at night, and flame stallion Pal race endlessly on the prairie. With everything from fairies to lions scattered across a large range of biomes, this mix of Pokémon and PUBG seems like an interesting diversion to the regular Fortnite knock offs. Palworld is set to spawn on PC via Steam Early Access in 2023. To find out more about this colorful new expedition, check out the official website now.
