Everyone’s favorite sandbox survival hit, Palworld got a major update: Feybreak, introducing a ton of new features, new areas, new pals, new buildings, hardcore mode, expeditions, research and more! To keep players up to date with all the additions, the developers have shared a brief but action-packed gameplay trailer that you can find above. Check out some of the additions in action by giving it a watch.
Players jumping into the new version can find the new island, Feybreak, filled with many challenges, glowing sand and many new Pals! There is also a new faction, the Feybreak Warriors, that dominates the island with the power of their missile battery camp.
There are new resources to collect – Chromite and Hexolite Quartz. You can now obtain supplies by sending your Pals on the expeditions. Additionally, there is research to be conducted at the Pal Labor Research Laboratory, you can unlock permanent passives and rewards that increase the productivity of your base.
If you’re more interested in hunting and fighting vs building up your base, look no further than Predator Pals and Bounty NPCs. Vicious Predator Pals will now appear throughout the world. These Pals are extremely difficult to defeat, but those strong enough to take them down will earn rare resources in return for their bravery. Meanwhile, dangerous criminals have appeared all over the Palpagos Islands and been marked as Bounties. Bring these crooks to justice and cash in the country for rewards.
And that is not all, Feybreak also includes new Strongholds and Stronghold Boss: The Attack Chopper; player level cap had been increased to 60; there is a new raid to partake in, new items to collect and create, and much more.
For those who are looking for the ultimate challenge, Feybreak also offers an option to test your mettle against the Hardcore Mode. Those who partake will find that Player and Pal death is permanent. This mode can be enabled in the world settings
