Grinding Gear Games has announced the name of the next Path of Exile expansion. Set to launch in December, the expansion is called The Forbidden Sanctum. Developers have plans to reveal all of the details about the expansion on December 1st at 11:00 am Pacific / 2:00 pm Eastern. Fans can log into the PoE Twitch channel to watch the stream.
Chris Wilson will be on hand to talk about all of the new content coming in the expansion. He’ll also participate in a fan Q&A about all of the new content coming in The Forbidden Sanctum. Players who love to collect in-game goodies will definitely want to tune in. Twitch Drops will be enabled for the live stream, though at this point the details are still being held close to the vest. The plan is to reveal Twitch Drops in the coming days.
The Forbidden Sanctum is targeting a PC release on December 9th. Console PoE players will be able to get started in the expansion on December 14th.
