Owlcat Games’ cRPG Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous gets one last adventure on 13 June 2024 with the A Dance of Masks DLC.
A final fling with the Knight Commander and comrades kicks off soon, with the sixth DLC for a huge adventure. The finale for this series comes to PCs and Consoles next week, with a tale that puts companions front and centre.
Returning to the city of city of Kenabres, the Knight Commander’s and company will have plenty to celebrate. A city once turned to ashes now stands as a host to a celebratory send off, full of games, festivities, and nefarious villains. A plethora of familiar faces join this outing, and Owlcat just dropped a behind the scenes video confirming that we will see and hear the likes of Daeran, Aivu, Seelah, and more. Focusing further on these familiars, A Dance of Masks also adds personal events for every companion, new romantic events, mythic enemies to fight, and a brand-new enemy’s stronghold. If you’ve already conquered the challenges of Kingmaker and Path of the Righteous, then the latest addition is likely to be a wonderful send off before dipping back into Rouge Trader and the likes. If you’ve yet to pull yourself away from Baldur’s Gate, then this on screen version of that other iconic table top role playing series plunges players into a glorious fantasy adventure. Kicking off back in 2018 with Kingmaker, this isometric role-playing series took the path of the Righteous on 2021 across PC and consoles, and the rest is history.
