Developers from Owlcat Games have presented the final results and statistics for The Last Azlanti challenge held over the last 6 weeks. 24 streamers from across the world were competing against each other while attempting to beat Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous on normal difficulty in the mode where all decisions were final and the character death would end the entire playthrough.
The competition was fierce, with weekly updates made over Reddit and other social platforms, reporting on heroes’ successes and deaths. The one to emerge victorious is Mythic Azata Amm0ni, finishing the game in 85 hours 4 minutes with 132 quests complete.
Congratulations to the winner as he claims his prize: Finnean, the Talking Weapon.
Some statistics:
- 24 streamers participated in the challenge.
- A total of 6 Azatas, 2 Angels, 2 Tricksters, 1 Demon, 1 Legend and 1 Aeon have been picked. 11 more participants never made it to Mythic path selection.
- 4 participants have made it to the end: 2 Azatas, 1 Legend and 1 Demon.
- Average playthrough time among those who completed the game is 80 hours 30 minutes.
- 10 participants ended their playthroughs as a result of character death: 1 in Act V, 1 in Act IV, 2 in Act III, 3 in Act II and 3 in Act I.
- The Water Elemental claims the title of the most dangerous opponent, ending the playthroughs of three challengers at the very beginning!
