NVIDIA GeForce shared the DLSS comparison trailer for MMORPG Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis. On February 9, Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis will receive a new update that includes support for NVIDIA DLSS, accelerating performance when graphics and rendering resolutions are cranked up.
Set 1,000 years after the events of Phantasy Star Online 2, it takes place on Halpha, a planet on which players are locked in a battle for dominance against the mysterious DOLLS. It features new and improved action combat and character customization, allowing for more flexibility and expression than ever before. Players can join forces with other operatives to experience unforgettable battles and boss fights in brand new locales, with an emphasis on flowing, flashy mobility to conquer and explore sprawling open environments.
Additionally, the company revealed that DLSS support will be coming to a number of games:
- The Day Before, an open-world MMO Survival arriving June 21, 2022
- Rainbow Six Extraction, co-op FPS coming January 20th
- Escape from Tarkov, first-person action simulator will receive a new update soon
- Super People, upcoming Battle Royale coming later this year to PC
- Dying Light 2: Stay Human
- Hitman III adds NVidia DLSS to its arsenal in 2022
- Voidtrain will release in Fall 2022
- The Anacrusis launches on January 13 with DLSS support
- Ratten Reich, a real-time immersive strategy, will launch later this year with NVidia DLSS and Ray Tracing support
- Midnight Ghost Hunt launches beta this month, complete with DLSS & Reflex
