Now, players can get a glimpse of the best doggos and get a sweet treat as both Phogs and Cake Bash offer up a duo of demos as part of the Steam Game Festival. The summer sampler already has a ton of demos on offer, giving gamers a raft of teasers to play through but you probably want to grab a taste of these two.

Phogs!

This cute adventure stars a duo of dogs excitedly off the leash and on an adventure across a trio of themed worlds. You’ll need to bark, bite, and bounce your way through a range of puzzling challenges in order to make your way through the worlds of Food, Sleep and Play, in co-op or single-player. We tried out Phogs! during its development and this really is just an utterly delightful adventure that is due to hit PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Playstation 4 later this year.

Cake Bash

Joining Phogs! With a demo on the Steam Games Festival, right now, is Cake bash. Mixing a baker’s worst nightmare and traditional multiplayer concepts, this competitive multiplayer throw a together a range of marauding baked goods and a range of arena game modes. The new demo includes local multiplayer fun for up to 4 players and showcases 4 game modes including 2 never before seen minigames – Fork Knife and Campfire. Cake Bash will be ready for consumption on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Steam later this year.

What’s even better, both Cake Bash and Phogs! demos are ready to go right now over on Steam.
