If any of you are old enough to remember CatDog then the new puzzle game from publisher Coatsink will definitely strike a cord. If not, then be assured that this canine conundrum is nothing like Nintendogs.
Woof the Wait
Developed by Bit Loom Games, Phogs is a physics-based puzzler that challenges a duo of dogs to overcome a series of obstacles, all the while connected by a malleable midsection. Over thirty levels of content make for some unusual approaches to problem-solving, as you and your other half use the Phogs unique abilities to travel through a colourful world. A pack of collectables, achievements, and even three perplexing bosses are littered across the game to test you or your friends. Phogs will let you take on this challenge all by yourself or play co-operatively. After all, two heads are better than one and it goes double for dogs.
Visually, this has clear nods to Hohokum, Adventure Time, and Nickelodeon’s CatDog. The three colourful worlds that make up Phogs are themed on food, eat, and play, everything that is important to a dog. If you are interested in taking up this double dog adventure, then Phogs is coming to multiple platforms across 2019. In the meantime, you can check up on Phogs on the official website.
