As part of the Ubisoft+ promotion, interested fans can try out Anno 1800 for free for an entire week. Players will have access to all content including the just-released Seeds of Change DLC. The game is available to download either from the Ubisoft Store or from Epic Games Store. The free week began on April 12th and will end on April 19th so there’s no time to waste!

While it doesn’t explicitly say so, the assumption is that all progress made during the free week of play will be retained should someone choose to purchase the game. At the moment, EGS is selling the game at a sweet 60% off the normal price. It can be purchased for $23.99.
The Seeds of Change DLC kicks off the game’s fourth season and adds “powerful agricultural hubs known as haciendas”. The new content takes place in the New World and players are charged with managing counting estates. Production of import goods will strengthen its independence and allow for expansion of living space, influence, and much more.
