Play Call of Duty: Vanguard Multiplayer for Free for Two Weeks

Call of Duty: Vanguard Multiplayer Trial

Activision has announced that the multiplayer component of Call of Duty: Vanguard will be free to play from Wednesday, March 30th through Wednesday, April 13. The trial will give players a chance to compare the paid Vanguard to the F2P Warzone and offers players a peek at the new Season Two maps, the newly-added objective mode, and a Featured Playlist offering a smattering of the most popular maps in the game.

The two new maps for Season Two are called Casablanca and Gondola:

  • Casablanca: A shining jewel of Morocco, Casablanca is a medium-sized, three-lane-style map within a bustling marketplace. With several buildings to explore and climb upon, expect a variety of vertical engagements that invite both close- and long-range tactics.
  • Gondola: Don’t look down on this medium-sized, three-lane-style map. Take a trip on the Gondola to travel above a large gulch and fire watchtower, but hop off before it goes off the cliff! Operators can also take advantage of the long sightline this gondola route provides, or head through the power plant and caves for more close-quarters battle.

The good news is that those who choose to purchase CoD: Vanguard during or after the event will see the progress made during the free trial retained. All unlocks and Season Pass accomplishments will be kept.
