Play Star Citizen for Free From May 20-31st During Invictus Launch Week

The Star Citizen site has been updated with the news that the forthcoming sci-fi MMORPG will be free to play from Friday, May 20th to Tuesday, May 31st. During the event, players can try out over a hundred ships for free. In addition, all new and updated content will be available.

Welcome the UEE Naval fleet back to the Stanton system at this year’s Invictus Launch Week celebration. Throughout the event, you can test-fly military vehicles for free, experience new releases, rediscover old favorites, and tour an in-service Javelin destroyer at the new event location among the clouds of Crusader.

The team has plans to release more information about the event as it nears so it’s worth keeping an eye on the Star Citizen official site.
