Prepare To Turn Up the Heat In Cuisineer Demo

Cuisineer, the food focused dungeon crawler, is getting a demo during Steam Next Fest

Did you catch our taster for the cute crawler Cuisineer and feel ready to try it yourself? Publisher Marvelous has confirmed that it’s about to serve up a demo as part of Steam’s Next Fest event. Players will get to take on the role of a young adventurer who is eager to gather the ingredients needed to cook up delicious meals. To actually get those ingredients, you’ll need to follow in the footsteps of games like Moonlighter and go dungeon crawling for those goodies.

Set in an utterly gorgeous, animated world, Cuisineer melds a roguelike dungeon crawlers and cute slice of life café management sim to make one of the most endearing experiences we had at the recent WASD event in London. Now you’ll be able to scour the land across marshy swamplands to icy caves, During the demo, guide Pom through four diverse biomes on her quest for the finest ingredients.

This is more than a cute corn slaying adventure. After taking down unusual animals, you’ll be able to head back into town to level up Pom’s cooking, craft brand new tasty treats, and sell them to a range of hungry customers. As your cooking creates a demand, you’ll meet new villagers, expand your café, and take on even more adventures.

Steam Next fest is almost upon us, so we’d advise heading over to the official Steam Store page to check for updates before Cuisineer opens up shop.
