Ever since Microsoft and Sony began to offer games for cross-play things have been getting better for gamers. Friends on Xbox can now play with friends on PS4, and even PC in most cases. Now, we get to enjoy PUBG for both. Late September is going to be a fun time for console players of the highly touted battle royale game.
“It will make the pool bigger globally and also offer more competition,” said Koosung Jeong, PUBG Corp. console producer.
This is a good sign for console gamers, however, this is a blow to the PC servers, which could really use a boost of players. This cross-play news has been long hoped for, and now it will be a reality.
