SEGA has announced that from now through July 31st, Steam PC players can reel in a free copy of the classic era game SEGA Bass Fishing. Originally developed for the Dreamcast, the game started the fishing phenomenon in the industry. It allows anglers to take part in “intense bass fishing” and competitive tournaments. The goal is, of course, to rise through the ranks to become a pro.
There is a catch, however. To secure a copy of the game, players will need to head to its official site at games.sega.com/bassfishing to sign up. Once done, instructions will be sent along about how to claim a free copy of the game.
Developers are excited to show off the iconic game to a new audience, hence the new trailer and a chance to score a free game.
