Registration For Elyon Closed Beta 2 Opens 26 July

Registration is about to open for Elyon closed beta 2, allowing eager adventurers to get an early look at this upcoming fantasy MMORPG.

Kakao Games and Bluehole Studios, of Tera and PUBG fame, have just announced that registration for Elyon’s second closed beta test is set to open on 26 July, ahead of the game’s full release in Fall 2021 Registration will run from 26 July until 11 August, with the exact date for the next round of testing expected to be shortly after this 11 August deadline.

While the very first closed beta for Elyon had its limitations, the upcoming test is expected to be much closer to the Korean build of this title, packing in a number of features that were missing the first time around. Players will be able to experience the Slayer Class, a warrior with a gigantic greatsword. They will also benefit from a range of class balance adjustments, new dimensional portals, a refined levelling process, CBT2 exclusive events, and a better back end experience.

Elyon is just the latest MMORPG coming out of Kakao, a team that launched the stunning Black Desert Online in the west. Originally called AIR, this new title is set in a mystical world where players are stranded in a strange continent called Harth. This land comes filled with adventures, unusual beasts, and dangerous adversaries. Two sovereign realms battle for dominance in Harth, each vying for control of a portal that leads to paradise. As you venture out into this new MMORPG, players will build an extensive deck of skills, master the game’s action combat system, improved localisations, and take part in some massive Realm vs Realm wars.

In conjunction with the beta registration, Elyon now has a brand new website. Come July 26 you’ll also be able to pick up a a pre-order for Elyon ahead of its full launch later this year. To keep an eye on CBT2 events head over to the official website or Steam Store page.
