Devolver Digital, Terrible Toybox and Lucasfilm Games have revealed that Return to Monkey Island, the long-awaited follow-up to the legendary Secret of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck’s Revenge, will be arriving in 2022.
To celebrate the occasion, the team shared a special trailer that you can find below. The new adventure is being directed by the familiar faces: Ron Gilbert and Dave Grossman. The game has been in development for the last 2 years in complete secrecy.
Currently, not much is known about the upcoming game. Stay tuned to find out more when the developers are ready to share!
