Rocket League - Rocket League dev evaluating a Switch release

The PlayStation blog has been updated with the good news that Rocket League will receive Pro support. Players can expect to see the new support mode on February 21st.

More Breathless News for Rocket League Fans

If adding PS4 support wasn’t enough, Panic Button also announced Hot Wheels premium DLC cars. Both the Twin Mill III and Bone Shaker will be sold (separately, by the way). In addition, the Player’s Choice Crate will become available. The community was integral in deciding on its contents.

We will release a new update that allows Rocket League to run at both 1080p (on a standard PS4) and 4K (on PS4 Pro) at 60 frames per second in all arenas for single and two-player split-screen modes. Three and four-player split-screen modes will offer 60 frames per second in most arenas at the same resolutions.

You can read a bit more about the update on the PlayStation Blog.
