Rocket League’s Frosty Fest Returns Tomorrow

Drive into snowy scenes without the worry of frozen wing mirrors this season with the return of Rocket League’s Frosty Fest on 16 December.

Rocket League fans can celebrate the frosty mornings and cold crimbos without having to deal with mother nature thanks to the return of Frosty Fest to this motorized online title. This is the third time the event has come back to Rocket League and introduces a ton of new items, including the Ring-a-Ling Wheels, three new Decals, Flannel Paint Finish, “Abominable Throwman” Player Title, and more.

Alongside the headline updates, car decals, and other extras, Beckwith park gets a snowy variant of the traditional Rocket League Arena across Ranked, Casual, and Private play modes. LTMs are also on offer, adding Winter Breakaway and Spike Rush to the list of games on offer over the yuletide time. For those that haven’t celebrated in Rocket League, Winter Breakaway is a winter themed backdrop with a hockey puck from Snow Day instead of the traditional ball. Spike Rush, alternatively, adds the Spike power-up from Rumble Mode into this wintertime challenge.

Like any event in Rocket League, players can pick up a present for themselves. The Item Shop will host a Frosty Pack bundle including Tygris (Crimson Painted), Frostbite Boost (Forest Green Painted), Wonderment Wheels (Crimson Painted), and Sub-Zero Goal Explosion (Forest Green Painted) for 1100 Credits. Do note that both the Spike Rush and Winter Breakaway are time limited, so check out the official Rocket League website for the final dates for each of them.
