Electronic Arts had its quarterly financial report where the company shared its plans for the fiscal year. EA plans to release 14 games between now and March 2021, including an “HD Remake of an EA game”. According to VentureBeat, this mysterious game is, in fact, Mass Effect Trilogy HD Remaster.
“Oh, and that HD remaster of an EA game is the Mass Effect Trilogy. Just don’t expect that to also launch on Switch — at least not at first.” – Jeff Grubb
Bioware’s previous Twitter posts about the franchise have sent the fans into a frenzy of activity.
On June 11 Electronic Arts will hold its digital event EA Play Live 2020 during which the publisher will showcase their games through a live broadcast, community content, and more. It is likely we might learn something during the event. Tune in on Thursday, June 11th at 4.00pm PT on EA.com.
