Runescape Has A New Abyssal Slayer Creatures Update

Runescape players looking for a new challenge have plenty of demons to chase with the launch of a new Abyssal Slayer Creatures update.

Guild Wars 2 isn’t the only MMORPG to get an update this week. Runescape players can delve into a brand new Abyssal Slayer Creatures update righ now. Uk studio Jagex dropped the sizeable new cvontent patch last night and players who are looking to play their Slayer Skill can choose from a range of hew dungeon challenges, train up their Slayer Skill to 120, and grab plenty of loot. This member-only content features three new Abyssal Slayer Creatures and is aimed at the most accomplished combat players, requiring Slayer skill 95 and above. When you’re ready to take on this enormous new challenge, just head to the depths of the city of Senntisten where you’ll find demons swarming through a rift in space.

Players can battel through Senntisten Asylum, a Slayer Dungeon that includes three new high-level Slayer creature mobs; Abyssal Savage (95 Slayer), Abyssal Beast (105 Slayer), and Abyssal Lord (115 Slayer). This has the potential to reward players with armor spikes upgrade to deal more damage, a tier 85 melee power armor helmet to increase adrenaline gains, and a brand-new 92 melee weapon called the Abyssal Scourge.

This dangerous and demanding experience isn’t everything. Runescape’s Yak Track is back too. Players choosing this content can pick up cosmetic rewards based on the Elder Gods and pets by taking part in a range of tasks dotted all over the world. If you’re a veteran of Gielinor, then this brand new content is already available in-game, with the Yak Track open until 24 April.
