Revealed via Reddit, next week Call of Duty: Mobile will receive a brand-new update, bringing in a new season for the game as well as long-coveted Rust multiplayer map from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Rust is a small sized map set in an oil yard in the desert. The large central tower overlooks a field of pipes, fuel, shipping containers, and other industrial features. The tower’s top platform offers a near total view of the map below and because of that is such a highly valued power position. Race up the south-facing exhaust chute or climb a ladder to reach the top. It’s a high risk, high reward action that will tempt someone every match.
Additionally, Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship 2020 will be starting on April 30th:
“We’ll first open up with Stage 1 – Qualifiers. These are online and will be taking place every weekend between April 30th – May 24th (UTC). There are multiple rewards for this first stage as well, like registration rewards, progression rewards, and qualification-based rewards. Participants must be 18 years old, or older, be residing in an eligible region, and be ranked Veteran or higher in-game.”
