Last week Saints Row: The Third received a new patch aimed at enhancing the stability of the game across all platforms. However, the patch also brought forth some unforeseen problems practically breaking the game on PC.
DSOGaming reports a newly locked limit of framerate at 67 FPS and a variety of issues with sound: gun sounds are low on volume, car sounds are practically impossible to hear and the environmental sounds range from too loud to too low. The last but not the least is a strange behaviour of NPCs such as “neutral” drivers aggressively tailing the player and even trying to crush into with no previous aggression.
The developers have taken to Twitter to announce that concerns of the community were heard and the team is working on the fix.
We are working on other issues reported by the community – and we thank you for your patience while we do this. If you encounter any problems please go to https://t.co/e1MJyc6Km2 so we can track it.
