Exodus, the upcoming sci-fi space opera from Archetype Entertainment, just dropped a new lore update surrounding an unfathomable power.
After announcing the intention to build a sci-fi RPG of epic scale, Archetype Entertainment has been busy fleshing out the lore behind this upcoming universe. Set in a realm where humanity fled a dying earth, Exodus is ripe with lore to plunder. The latest story update delves into the role of incredible Archimedes Engines and the threats they face.
Built by a powerful Celestial civilization. These gigantic devices provide a haven for a homeless species. They are able to move entire planets, terraform, and reshape their habitat to Human needs. While co-opted by humanity to reshape worlds to create new homes, their secrets are beyond the wit of any modern sapiens. Now failing or under threat, a quest seems inevitable to find answers to the Rot.
The tale is available in full over on the Exodus website, and is only a slice of the story that ready Travelers will face. The team has already start to expand on the galactic timeline and published a tale about the mythical Elohim. If this is all new to you then you need to find out more about the Traveler.
