See What it Takes To Beat A Bankai in This Bleach Rebirth of Souls Trailer

Bandai Namco dropped a trailer for upcoming anime brawler Bleach Rebirth of Souls.

Take a look at the battle ahead and find out more about the newest game in the wildly popular Bleach franchise. Dropping in as something of spiritual successor to the Bleach: Heat The Soul series, this new battle of the Shinigami looks likely to please fans of the long running series. Now, the new teaser gives us a closer look at the combat, mechanics, and Bankai that will tear across the screen when the adventure comes to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PC.

Take a peek at the trailer above and get a look at the upcoming encounters. Iconic characters from the Tite Kubo’s iconic manga draw their swords and use unique skills to gain the upper hand over their opponents. The new look ahead shows Ichigo Kurusaki and Byakuya utilizing combos to deplete the other’s Reishi bar and knock a pip off their overall Konpaku bar. Turning the tide of battle, check out Reverse Actions and the overwhelming power of the Bankai form.

For those that haven’t gotten acquainted with Bleach, this serialized manga turned hit anime series ran in Japan’s weekly Shonen Jump across 2001 to 2016. It’s rise into anime saw it acclaimed as one of the ‘Big Three’ long before the likes of My Hero Academia landed on street corners.
