Nothin’ ends a tough week better than knowing you can head into Red Dead Online and shoot your way to big bucks. Developers have a slew of things for players to do this week that will net some goodies and some great rewards. Let’s see what’s up.
Those who want to prove their mettle will want to head into the Hardcore version of Most Wanted. Essentially it all boils down to one simple rule: Kill or be killed. Players will be working their way up the chain. Take out high-value players to improve your own standing. Everyone takes home 2x RDO$ and RP from now through March 8th.
RDO Collectors will want to hunt up any and all Collectibles in Free Roam mode to earn 2x Role XP and an additional 50% RDO$ as a bonus for doing so. There are also some sweet boosts for both Character and Role XP. Those who manage to pick up several specific Collectibles can turn them in to Madam Nazar for 30% off Novice or Promising Collector Role Items of choice.
Other special happenings this week include:
- Fences across the territories are waiving rank requirements on all their Weapons offerings, namely Throwing Knives, Cleavers, Dynamite, Fire Bottles, Hatchets, Machetes, and Tomahawks. Whatever your tastes may be, make sure you’re as lethal as possible.
- Meanwhile, rank requirements on all Pamphlets up to Rank 50 have been removed for the next seven days.
- Last but not least, Fast Travel is free all this week. Go ahead: move like the wind.
