One of the most unique platformers in ages is finally here. Sumo Digital’s Snake Pass is out NOW on Switch, PS4, XB1, and PC. We’ve been dabbling in the Switch version since last night and so far have really enjoyed what we’ve seen. It’s unique that a platformer would not offer a jump button, but since you’re playing Noodle, a snake (no legs, and all), what you’re left with is the ability to slither and climb just about everything using a very unique physics and control model. Plus you have your trusty hummingbird friend Doodle to help you along.
The game’s only $19.99 USD on all platforms and feels right at home on the Switch. Our review should be coming later today or tomorrow, so keep your eyes peeled.
