Gaming:Chair Evo from snakebyte - blue

Snakebyte, the German peripheral manufacturer that impressed us with their Game:Mouse Ultra, unveiled something new for your home office today. Butt, meet the new Gaming:Chair Evo.

Announced just today, the new Snakebyte Gaming:Chair Evo is the latest soft support for your cheeks to come out of the German peripheral manufacturer. Due out long in advance of the ROG x IKEA collab, this chair follows up on the company’s previous Gaming:Chair and Gaming:Chair Pro designs. The Gaming:Chair Evo is a butt rest that is constructed to look at home in any gaming den over this long lockdown period. Coming in three different designs, the Gaming:Chair Evo is stitched together using Vegan leather, with blue, green, or a sleek black and white accents to catch the eye.

Player Support

The Gaming:Chair Evo isn’t just designed to fit a specific aesthetic. The addition of extra-wide wings on the back of this chair provides plenty of support for the shoulders while concentrating on in-game performance. The two additional support cushions should also help keep your neck and back from locking up during long gaming sessions. If you need to kick back and relax, the Gaming:Chair Evo’s backrest adjusts, allowing owners to rotate back up to 170 degrees for a chilled-out experience while in-game. The padded armrests are designed to accommodate the backrest incline and there is even a rocking function that has up to 20 degrees of give in the seat’s surface.

For all these features, Snakebyte is giving gamers a surface area of 50x50cm and support for up to 139KG, or just over 300 pounds. While the news from Snakebyte doesn’t confirm anything further, the chair also seems to feature what looks like a class 4 gas lift. The Gaming:Chair Evo will set you back £159.99 or local equivalent in Euros. You can check out more about the Gaming:Chair Evo over on the official Snakebyte website before it arrives on 15 November 2020.
