Electronic Arts has finally shown the full reveal trailer of upcoming Star Wars Battlefront II. Additionally, a lot of new information regarding the project has made its way across the Internet. Let’s see a short summary of that.

Star Wars Battlefront II – Full Length Reveal Trailer

The game will feature a single-player campaign. The events of it will take place between Return of the Jedi and Force Awakens. Players will take on a role of one of the “nobler heroes” of the Empire, elite Stormtrooper Iden Versio. During the war, Iden was given command of Inferno Squadron.

Additionally, players can expect to find expanded multiplayer. It will offer fights both on land as well as in space and will highlight iconic heroes and villains. PS4 and Xbox One users can take part in split-screen local multiplayer.

Star Wars Battlefront II Creative Director Bernd Diemer confirmed that the game will not have a Season Pass.

We decided on that, and it’s one of those difficult decisions because it has so many implications all around. When we looked at the way Battlefront had evolved over its lifetime, with the DLC and everything, we decided, ‘You know what? For this type of game, season passes are not the best thing. We need to [take it apart] and come up with something better. I cannot talk about the specifics of this, but we have something different in mind that will allow you to play longer, be [more] invested in the game without having a fragmented community.

A day later EA representative contacted Mashable and said that the company currently has no service plans just yet. However, the company is listening to the players’ feedback and taking it into account.

Both Standard and Digital Deluxe Editions are ready for pre-order. Here’s what Deluxe version will provide the players with:

  • 3-day head start access to the game
  • Upgraded versions of Officer, Assault, Heavy and Specialist trooper classes
  • Epic ability upgrades, one for each class
  • Instant weapon and weapon mod unlocks for each class

Pre-ordering any version of the game will also give players exclusive Kylo Ren and Rey skins, modifiers for them as well as a modifier for the Millenium Falcon.

The game will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 17.
