As we force ourselves through yet another day in lockdown, May 4th has brought Star Wars back to Fortnite.

Whether it’s on a Solo excursion or as part of a team, players in the arena royale can deck themselves out in a bunch of Star Wars paraphernalia right now as the entertainment tale from a galaxy far far away hits arena royale Fortnite again. The massive entertainment franchise last crossed over back in December 2019 to celebrate the launch of The Rise of Skywalker. Now, a limited-time return of the space faring adventure is upon the Epic title.

Players logging in between now and 5 May can pick up a range of item’s that returned to the force after the last run. Rey, Kylo Ren, and the crimson red Sith Trooper outfits are available in the store shop between this period. Gamers looking to grab a lightsaber can grab one in four colours. This includes Mace Windu’s purple lightsaber, Rey’s blue lightsaber, Luke’s green lightsaber, and Kylo Ren’s red lightsabre.

As you might expect, every one of these items is stocked in the game store so don’t expect to be looting them for free. This isn’t the only Star Wars cross over we’re expecting to see on 4 May. With Jedi Fallen Order discounted across the 4 May and the aforementioned Rise of Skywalker Stormtrooping onto Disney Plus today, there’s plenty of Star Wars to look out for today. Check out the official Fortnite website to find out all the details when and why Star Wars is back in Fortnite, across PC, console, and mobile.
