Like Friends of Mineral Town before it or the hugely popular Animal Crossing, Pioneers of Olive Town is an upcoming adventure giving us all a taste of the good life. Fans of the long running franchise can check out what’s coming when this new tale hits the Nintendo Switch in March. The newest teaser for Pioneers of Olive town gives us a glimpse of the in game systems that are crammed into the latest Story of Seasons. There are the obligatory farming and friendship activities that you might have already seen in previous Story of Seasons’ games but this time with enough graphical improvement that you’ll want to go take some snapshots of the local Llamas.
A Life Away
As you’d expect, there’s a whole set of new locations to explore and farm, tons of new pets to adopt, and plenty of local town revelry. If you haven’t managed to find a real life racing Shiba then you can get in on the action during the local Olive Town Activities. Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town is once again heading westward thanks to the teams at XSeed and Marvelous. It’s yet another tale where you’ll move out into the country and take up an abandoned farm, working to make it fruitful. This is just the second of the Bokujō Monogatari series to land on Nintendo Switch and no longer known as Harvest Moon on western shores.
Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town is due to hit US retailers and digital stores on 23 march in both a standard and special edition format.
