SuperData has published their research for top 10 worldwide digital games on PC, consoles, and mobile. According to that information, while PUBG has not made it into top 10 on either PC or console, it continues quietly sell millions of copies. To be precise, around 4.7 million digital copies cross PC and console year-to-date through May, “maintaining its position as one of the best selling shooter titles on any platform despite losing much of the spotlight to EA’s Apex Legends and Fortnite“.
In the same research, PUBG’s biggest competitor, Fortnite, is said to be doing significantly better than in April but down 38% since May 2018.
