Developer Nightdive Studios and publisher Prime Matter have revealed that the long-awaited System Shock Remake has gone gold and will be arriving in PC players’ hands on May 30th, 2023. With the release date officially confirmed, it’s time to make sure that your PC can handle the heat that comes from all the new additions. However, worry not: the required PC specs are quite moderate compared to many recent releases.
The new System Shock is the fully fledged remake of the ground breaking original from 1994, combining cult gameplay with all-new HD visuals, updated controls, an overhauled interface and all-new sounds & music; it even has the original voice actor of SHODAN, one of gaming’s most iconic villains. Witness the rebirth of one of the greatest and most influential games ever created.
