If you haven’t had enough of Isekai then the perfect genre breaking RPG is out now. The first console and PC spin off, based on the hugely popular Tensura series, is out now. Be the slime you always wished you’d never be. Level up from the most insignificant part of the gene pool and become a hero. It’s the classic heroes arc, but played for laugh, and guided by gamers. The new adventure gives us all a chance to relive moments from the original story, as well as an entirely new one.
Anybody reborn into this world will find themselves in control of a tiny blue slime. Players will build the Jura Tempest Foundation. Welcoming a world full of new familiar faces into the city, you’ll build up a roster of allies, a each with their own quests. Exploring beyond the confines of this capital, players can experience 2D side scrolling action kicks in allowing for dynamic combos in battles with powerful enemies. While most of this battle system and narrative exploration will be filled with nostalgia, fans of the associated anime will also have some new characters and an original story to explore too. created under the supervision of the original author, Fuse, this should give players plenty to do and a reason to pick up the game, instead of just watching Crunchyroll reruns.
A season pass is available for standalone purchase as well as part of the Digital Deluxe Edition, adding three DLCs:
• DLC 1: “A Strange Fate” – Adding Hinata (29th August)
• DLC 2: “The Fairy Queen’s Labyrinth” – Adding Veldora (12th September)
• DLC 3: “Martial Arts Tournament” – Adding Milim (19th September)
