The Alliance Alive HD Remastered brings back an underserved JRPG to modern consoles this year. The Alliance Alive’s tale of the Night Crows comes back in October, looking better than ever.
The original outing of The Alliance Alive hit Japanese 3DS devices back in June 2017. The tale of nine compatriots followed the group of heroes know as the Night Crows as they battled evil forces. After an invasion by evil entities, known as Daemons, the population of the world lay decimated. The land was divided into four segments and the remaining survivors had no hope. The nine faced off against these Daemons, as the spear of human resistance and attempted to push back the darkness, restoring their world for the forces of good.
Now, The Alliance Alive HD Remastered is taking a step up and coming back with enhanced visuals. Due to arrive on Playstation4 and Nintendo Switch on October 8 in North America, October 11 in Europe, and October 18 in Oceania, the brand new version of this game looks a whole lot smoother. You can check out the visual difference in the trailer above. It isn’t just a smoother ride, however. The HD version of The Alliance Alive also includes tweaks to the game’s interface among the big screen remake of Masataka Matsuura’s title.
If you are ready to fight Daemons and beat back the darkness then NIS has opened pre-orders for a Limited Edition version of The Alliance Alive HD Remastered. This includes a copy of the game, an art book, a collector’s box, the official soundtrack by Masashi Hamauzu.
