Dragon Prince is an animated series created by Aaron Ehasza and Justin Richmond for Netflix. The third season of the show aired in late November 2019, and since then the fate of the series has been under question. During Comic-Con@Home 2020, the co-creators of the show alongside with some of the voice actors for main characters participated in the “Zoom Into Xadia” panel to announce that Netflix had renewed The Dragon Prince for four additional seasons, bringing the total to seven and allowing for the entire DTP Saga to roll out.
Additionally, the team announced more goodies coming out:
- The artbook covering the first three seasons will be released on August 18
- Through the Moon graphic novel will be coming on October 6
- Tabletop RPG Tales of Xadia is scheduled for the next year
