Skywind is a total recreation of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind with the newer engine of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. According to the official site of the modification, Skywind sheds the shackles of the older game, bringing modern graphics and assets, full voice acting, and all the benefits of ten years of gaming improvements, while preserving the incredible characters, locations, and quests with which Morrowind charmed the world all those years ago.
The Skywind team has released a new trailer that you can find above and made several important announcements: Skywind has been successfully ported over to the Special Edition of Skyrim; The official site has launched, and the team has released the full version of the theme by Fredrik Jonasson.
The team is currently in need of volunteers. Check out the applications on the mod’s site to see if you can join in! 3D artists are especially sought after.
